Tasty Vegetable Cheese Omelette Recipe | Cheese Omelet

Ingredients:-

Oil:
- Cooking Oil (For Omelette Frying)

Diary Products:
- Eggs (3)
- Mozzarella Cheese (2 tbsp)
- Cheddar Cheese (2 tbsp)

Vegetables:
- Green Chili (3)
- Carrot (2 tbsp)
- Red Capsicum (2 tbsp)
- Yellow Capsicum (2 tbsp)
- Green Capsicum (2 tbsp)
- Onions (2 tbsp)
- Tomatoes (2 tbsp)
- Green peas (2 tbsp)
- Coriander leaves (2 tbsp)

Spices:
- Salt (as you like)
- Red Chili Powder (1 tsp)
- Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)

Recipe:-

- Beat eggs (3) with crushed green chilies (3), crushed carrot (2 tbsp), red capsicum (2 tbsp), yellow capsicum (2 tbsp), green capsicum (2 tbsp), diced chopped onions (2 tbsp), chopped tomatoes (2 tbsp), green peas (2 tbsp), coriander leaves (2 tbsp), salt (as you like), red chili powder (1 tsp) & black pepper powder (1/2 tsp).
- Mix well, heat cooking oil (as required) on pan & pour all the egg mixture to cook on medium low flame.
- Cook both sides till light golden brown & spread mozzarella cheese (2 tbsp) n' cheddar cheese (2 tbsp) & cover the lid.
- Cook for few minutes till cheese melts & serve.
