MICROWAVE PASTA 2 WAYS

Spaghetti Carbonara
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100 grams spaghetti noodles
300 milliliters water
Pinch of salt
50 grams bacon, diced
teaspoon chicken stock powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Black pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

PREPARATION
1. Break the spaghetti noodles in half and add to a microwave-safe container. Add the water, salt, and bacon.
2. Microwave at 600W for 7 minutes.
3. Mix well, then microwave for another 5 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
4. Drain the hot water, then add the chicken stock powder, Parmesan, egg, cream, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Garnish with parsley.
6. Enjoy!

Tomato Sauce Meat Pasta
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100 grams ground pork
50 grams onion, minced
200 grams canned tomato
100 milliliters water
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon suger
teaspoon salt
100 grams spaghetti noodles
Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

PREPARATION
1. In a microwave-safe container, combine the ground pork, onion, and canned tomato and mix to combine.
2. Microwave at 600W for 1 minutes.
3. Mix well, then add the water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and salt.
4. Break the spaghetti noodles in half and add to the container.
5. Microwave at 600W for 7 minutes.
6. Mix well, then microwave for another 5 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
7. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
