Add the tofu cubes and boil for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over low heat. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, until fragrant.Increase the heat to medium, add the ground pork, and fry for 2 minutes, until golden brown. Add the sake, soy sauce, red pepper, and miso and stir to combine. Add the green onion and stir to incorporate.In a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, mix together the water and chicken stock powder.
