Korean Steamed Egg
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
4 medium eggs
green onion, sliced, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoon sake
teaspoon kosher salt
250 milliliters water
1 teaspoon dashi stock powder
Red pepper powder, for garnish

PREPARATION
In a small bowl, beat together the eggs, green onion, sake, and salt. Set aside.
In a small pot over medium heat, combine the water and dashi stock powder. Bring to a boil.
Pour in the beaten egg mixture and stir continuously for about 2 minutes, until the egg starts to thicken.
Cover, reduce the heat to low, and steam for 2 minutes, until the egg sets.
Garnish with sliced green onions and red pepper powder.
