Chili Namul

INGREDIENTS
250 grams bean sprouts
50 grams Chinese chives

Sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon chili bean paste
Red pepper powder, to taste

PREPARATION
Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Add the bean sprouts and Chinese chives and boil for 30 seconds. Remove from the water, drain well, then set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic, chili bean paste, and red pepper powder.
Add the bean sprouts and Chinese chives to the sauce and toss to coat.
