Canned Yakitori Udon
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
300 milliliters water
50 milliliters mentsuyu
1 75-gram can of yakitori chicken
tablespoon water mixed with tablespoon cornstarch
1 large egg, beaten
1 package of microwave udon noodles, cooked according to package instructions
Sliced green onions, for garnish

PREPARATION
In a medium pot over high heat, combine the water, noodle soup base, and yakitori and mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, add the cornstarch slurry, and stir gently.
Return to a boil, pour in the egg, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the udon noodles to a serving bowl and pour over the soup. Garnish with green onions.
