CHOCOLATE SALAMI 2 WAYS

Chocolate Salami
Makes 1 chocolate salami

INGREDIENTS
100 grams milk chocolate, chopped
60 milliliters heavy cream
25 grams biscuits, crushed
50 grams mixed nuts, roughly chopped
Cocoa powder, for rolling

PREPARATION
1. Fill a large bowl about of the way with hot water. Set a medium bowl in the large bowl and add the chocolate and heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is melted and completely smooth.
2. Add the biscuits and mixed nuts and mix well.
3.Transfer the chocolate mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and roll into a log about 20 centimeters long and 5 centimeters wide. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Roll the chocolate salami in the cocoa powder, then slice and serve.
5. Enjoy!

Ruby Chocolate Salami
Makes 1 chocolate salami

INGREDIENTS
100 grams ruby chocolate, chopped
60 milliliters heavy cream
20 grams mini marshmallows
10 grams pistachios, roughly chopped
10 grams raisins
10 grams dried cranberries
Powdered sugar, for rolling

PREPARATION
1. Fill a large bowl about of the way with hot water. Set a medium bowl in the large bowl and add the ruby chocolate and heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is melted and completely smooth.
2. Add the mini marshmallow, pistachios, raisins, and cranberries and mix well.
3.Transfer the ruby chocolate mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and roll into a log about 20 centimeters long and 5 centimeters wide. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Roll the chocolate salami in the powdered sugar, then slice and serve.
