In a large bowl, add butter and granulated sugar and mix well. Add 1/4 beaten egg and combine. Add the rest of the beaten egg and fold to combine. Sift in the flour and baking powder. Fold until well combined.Add milk and red food color and mix well.Fill piping bags fitted with a round tip with the mixture.Pipe 1 -inch dollops onto a parchment paperlined baking sheet. Smooth out any peaks caused by piping with a wet fingertip.Bake for 10 minutes.Make the filling: In a large bowl, add heavy cream and granulated sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.Make the white icing: Sift the powdered sugar into a medium bowl. Add the water and whisk until smooth.Make the matcha icing: Sift the powdered sugar into a medium bowl.
