Easy Container Cake 2 Ways

Gateau Au Chocolat
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
50 grams chocolate bar
25 grams unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
3 tablespoons pancake mix

Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Special Equipment
14 x 14-cm square microwave-safe container

PREPARATION
Break up a chocolate bar and add it and the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe container. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.

Add sugar, egg, and milk and mix together. Add pancake mix and combine.

Flatten the surface and deflate the mixture by tapping the container on a surface several times.

Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a microwave at 500W for 3 minutes. Once its baked, remove the cake from the container and let it cool down.

Cut into desired number of pieces and sprinkle the powdered sugar on top.

INGREDIENTS
200 grams cream cheese
50 grams sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons pancake mix

1 tablespoon blueberry jam
Mint, for garnish

Special Equipment
14 x 14-cm square microwave-safe container

PREPARATION
In a microwave-safe container, add the cream cheese and heat in the microwave at 500W for 1 minute.

Add sugar and mix together until smooth. Add egg, milk, and lemon juice and mix together. Add the pancake mix and mix until well combined.

Flatten the surface and deflate the mixture by tapping the container on a surface several times.

Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 500W for 4 minutes. Once its baked, remove the cake from the container and let it cool down, then chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Cut into desired number of pieces and top with blueberry jam and mint.
