Cheesy Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
3 pieces string cheese

Batter
1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1 quart canola oil, for frying

PREPARATION
1. Score the chicken breast using two 45-degree angles. Cover with plastic wrap and spread it into a thin layer with a rolling pin.

2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the string cheese on the chicken and fold the chicken breast in half, wrapping the cheese inside.

3. Coat the chicken with pastry flour and dip it into the beaten egg, then coat it with bread crumbs.

4. Fry it at 340F (170C) for 5 minutes until it browns. Drain the oil after frying.
