No-Knead Bread
Servings: 16 pieces

INGREDIENTS
250 grams bread flour, plus more for topping
30 grams sugar
30 grams condensed milk
3 grams salt
4 grams dry yeast
150 milliliters milk, warmed
30 grams butter, melted, plus more for greasing

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
2. Put the bread flour in a medium bowl. Make an indentation in the middle of the flour using a spoon.
3. Add sugar, condensed milk, salt, dry yeast, and warmed milk. Mix using the spatula.
4. Add melted butter and mix with hands until smooth, 3 minutes.
5. Cover with plastic, microwave at 200W for 30 minutes, and rest for 15 minutes.
6. Cut the dough into 16 equal parts and roll into small balls.
7. Grease a pan with butter and add the dough balls.
8. Cover with plastic and rest for 30 minutes.
9. Sift bread flour on top of the dough.
10. Bake for 20 minutes.
