2 Cups Chopped Spinach
1 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
Cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tsp Finely Chopped Ginger
1 Tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
Salt as Per Taste
Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
Tsp Asafoetida
2 Dry Red Chillies
2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Bay Leaf
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
2-3 Cloves
2 Cardamom
2-3 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
2-3 Tbsp Ghee
