Tandoori Pasta

Ingredients for Boiled Pasta:
Water as required
Salt 1 tbsp
Penne pasta 2 cups

Ingredients for Tandoori Pasta:
Butter 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Milk 3 cups
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Penne pasta (boiled) 2 cups
Nurpur Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Nurpur Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Fresh parsley (for garnishing)

Directions for Boiled Pasta Preparation:
1. In a pan add water and salt and bring it to a boil. Then add penne pasta and boil it until its 80% done. Strain through chilled water and set aside.
Directions for Tandoori Pasta Preparation:
2. Now in a preheated pan add butter and oil melt it. Add garlic and onion saute it for a minute. Then add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
3. Now add milk and bring it to a simmer. Add red chili flakes, tandoori masala, salt and chili sauce. Mix it well.
4. Now add cream cook it until it thickens. Then add penne pasta and cook for a minute.
5. Add Nurpur mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley.
6. Tandoori Pasta is ready.
