Try it out, you will love it!TANDOORI MUSHROOMS Ingredients10-12 large button mushrooms, cleaned2 tsps ginger-green chilli pasteSalt to taste4 tbsps Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo2 tbsps cashewnut paste½ lemonCrushed black peppercorns to tasteMicro greens for garnishHalved cherry tomatoes to serveFresh red chilli to serve Method1. Preheat the air fryer to 180º C. 2. Make cross incision on the top of the mushrooms. 3. Take ginger-green chilli paste and salt in a large bowl, add mushrooms and mix.4. Take Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo in another bowl, add cashewnut paste and mix well. Add this mixture to the mushrooms and squeeze the juice of lemon and mix well.5. Adjust salt and add crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes to marinate.6. Place the marinated mushrooms in the air fryer basket and drizzle the remaining marinade on top. Air fry for 15 minutes. Take them out of the air fryer and arrange on a serving plate.7. Garnish with micro greens and serve hot with cherry tomatoes and fresh red chilli.
