A delicious chicken lollipop recipe which has Indo-Chinese flavour with a smoky twist.TANDOORI LOLLIPOPIngredients15-20 chicken lollipops1st marinationSalt to taste½ tsp red chilli powder2 tsps lemon juice2nd marination½ cup thick yogurt2 tsps ginger-garlic paste2 tsps red chilli paste½ tsp red chilli powder1 tsp Tata Sampann Garam Masala PowderSalt to taste2-3 tsps roasted gram flour (Bengal gram)¼ tsp dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) powder¼ tsp chaat masala1½ tbsps mustard oil2 tsps lemon juice Frying1 tbsp butter2 tsps oilChaat masala for sprinklingFresh mint leaves for garnishSchezwan sauce to serveMethod1. Take chicken lollipops in a large bowl, add salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 1 hour.2. To make the second marination, take yogurt in another bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli paste, red chilli powder, Tata Sampann Garam Masala Powder and salt and mix well.3. Add roasted gram flour, dry fenugreek leaves powder, chaat masala, mustard oil, and lemon juice and mix well.4. Add the marinated chicken lollipops into it and keep it in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours more. 5. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the marinated chicken lollipops on it and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or till the chicken is cooked completely and grill marks appear on all sides. 6. Arrange the chicken lollipops in a serving bowl, sprinkle chaat masala on top and garnish with mint leaves.7.
