In a preheated pan add oil and beaten eggs. Cook and scramble until fully done. set aside.Directions for Tandoori Keema Preparation:2. In a pan heat oil and add ginger, garlic and cook for a minute. Now add onion and cook it until it gets translucent.3. Now add beef mince and cook until it changes its color and water releases. Then add tomato puree and mix it well. 4. Add tandoori masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes and salt and cook for 3-4 mins.5. Now add water and mix it well.
