Tandoori Keema

Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs:
Oil 2 tbsp
Beaten eggs 3-4

Ingredients for Tandoori Keema:
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Beef mince 1 kg
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Tomato puree 1 cup
Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Water 1 cup
NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (Sliced) 1/2 cup
Scrambled eggs
Heated coal pieces 1-2
Oil (for smoke) 1 tsp
Onion rings for garnishing
Lemon slices for garnishing
Green coriander (Chopped) for garnishing

Directions for Scrambled Eggs Preparation:
1. In a preheated pan add oil and beaten eggs. Cook and scramble until fully done. set aside.
Directions for Tandoori Keema Preparation:
2. In a pan heat oil and add ginger, garlic and cook for a minute. Now add onion and cook it until it gets translucent.
3. Now add beef mince and cook until it changes its color and water releases. Then add tomato puree and mix it well.
4. Add tandoori masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes and salt and cook for 3-4 mins.
5. Now add water and mix it well. Cover and cook for 10-12 mins or until mince is done.
6. Add NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt and cook for 4-5 mins.
7. Now add onion, tomatoes, green chillies, and scrambled eggs and mix it well.
8. Turn the flame to low and place heated coal pieces in aluminum cup in center. Drizzle oil on them and cover with lid. Smoke for 1-2 mins.
9. Your Tandoori Keema is ready. Garnish with onion rings, lemon slices, green coriander and serve.
