Food colour - 1/4 tsp(optional)
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
Cooking oil or butter- 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste or 2 tsp
