Dal pakwan is a very healthy, tasty and delicious snack which is a Sindhi favorite.
This tamarind chutney is perfect to add a nice hint of sweet and sour. Without the tangy tamarind chutney, Dal Pakwan would be bland and lack substance. This chutney is an easy fix and can be used for chaats, samosas, and other snacks.

Ingredients
1/2 bowl of tamarind pulp
1 small onion
coriander
1/3 tsp red chili
1 green chili
1 tbsp jaggery
salt to taste
