Let me introduce you to The Prince of Coffee : Mr. Fang. A native Taiwanese of the Tsou Tribe, Mr. Fang has created a profitable coffee company in his native homeland of Alishan Mountain. A region known for it's premium oolong tea, Mr. Fang has discovered that this mountain provides not only good tea growing conditions but also optimal coffee growing conditions. Now his business has expanded as the modern caf trend sweeps Taiwan! Let's eat with Mr. Fang, learn about his business and experience the Tsou culture!
