Besides, its enticing colour will take you on a trip into a dreamy world.TADKEWALA BEETROOT CHAASIngredients2 medium beetroots, boiled, peeled and roughly chopped1½ cups chilled yogurt2 tbsps ghee1 tsp cumin seeds½ inch ginger, chopped2 green chillies, choppedBlack salt to tasteSalt to taste½ tsp chaat masala10-15 fresh mint leaves + for garnish1½ tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Ice cubes as requiredMethod1. Transfer the beetroots in a blender jar. Add ½ cup yogurt and grind to fine paste.2. Transfer in a bowl. Add remaining yogurt and whisk well. Add 3 cups chilled water and mix well.3. For the tempering, heat ghee in a small pan. Add cumin seeds and once they start to change the colour, add ginger, green chillies and sauté for 30 seconds.4. Add this tempering to the chaas and mix well. Add black salt, salt, chaat masala and mix well.5. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix well.6. Add ice cubes in individual glasses and pour the prepared chaas over.
