The sinful combination of cream cheese and chocolate in a chilled milkshake avatar !

SWEET RUSH - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

A pinch rock salt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder + for dusting
¼ cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons condensed milk
2 tablespoons fresh cream

Method

1. Heat milk in a small deep non-stick pan. Add cocoa powder, whisk and bring to boil.
2. Combine cream cheese, condensed milk and cream in a bowl and whisk well using an electric beater. Add rock salt and whisk well.
3. Put 4-5 ice cubes in a small glass jar. Pour chocolate milk filling ¾, put some cream cheese mixture and mix well. Put some more cream cheese mixture and dust some cocoa powder on top.
4. Serve chilled.
