SWEET RICE VADAIngredients1 cup rice flour¾ cup jaggery powderA pinch of salt½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder¼ tsp green cardamom powderA pinch of nutmeg powder2 tsps oil + for deep fryingTea for servingMethod1. Heat 1 cup water in a nonstick pan along with salt, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, green cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and jaggery powder, allow it to boil.2. Add rice flour and mix well, switch of the flame, cover and set aside for 3-4 minutes. 3. Transfer the mixture in a plate, add 2 tsps oil and knead well so as to form a smooth dough.4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape it into vadas. Deep fry till golden brown in colour, drain on an absorbent paper.5. Serve hot with tea.
