Sweet Kachoris Recipe - How to make Sweet Kachori | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Sweet Kachori
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking soda - a pinch
Ghee - 5 tsp
Water - As Required
Food color - 1 tsp
Nuts - 3 tsp
Milk khoya - ½ cup
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Pista - 2 tsp

Method:


Take all-purpose flour in a bowl, baking soda, ghee, water, food color mix it well and make into a soft dough.

For stuffing: Take all nuts in a plate, add some milk khoya, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, sugar mix it gently and make into small dumplings.

Take the dough dumplings stuffing the nuts mixture seal it and make small dumplings like as shown video.

Heat hot oil in a pan, deep fry the kachoris golden in color, transfer into a plate using paper towel.

Then soak the sugar syrup for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer into a plate decorated by toppings with pista.

Sweet Kachori is ready to serve.
