Sweet Kachori Ingredients: All-purpose flour - 1 cupBaking soda - a pinchGhee - 5 tspWater - As RequiredFood color - 1 tspNuts - 3 tspMilk khoya - ½ cupCardamom powder - ½ tspFennel seeds - ½ tspSugar - 1 cupPista - 2 tspMethod:Take all-purpose flour in a bowl, baking soda, ghee, water, food color mix it well and make into a soft dough. For stuffing: Take all nuts in a plate, add some milk khoya, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, sugar mix it gently and make into small dumplings.Take the dough dumplings stuffing the nuts mixture seal it and make small dumplings like as shown video. Heat hot oil in a pan, deep fry the kachoris golden in color, transfer into a plate using paper towel.Then soak the sugar syrup for 2 to 3 minutes.
