Sweet Chilli Steamed Potatoes
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 bag (6-8 pieces) New potatoes (small)
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp Sour cream
Sweet chili sauce to taste
2 Green onions

PREPARATION
1. Wash the new potatoes and leave the skins on.

2. Steam the potatoes on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until tender enough to poke with a skewer without resistance.

3. Cook the peeled and crushed garlic on the olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Once the garlic becomes aromatic, add the steamed potatoes and cook them slowly until the skins are crispy.

4. Place the potatoes in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, top with sour cream and sweet chili sauce, and finish with pepper and chopped green onions.

5. Enjoy!
