Sweet Bean Paste Butter Sandwich

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS
Scones
100g Flour
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
30g Butter (unsalted)
50ml Milk

Sweet bean paste
4 slices Butter (salted)

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190 C.

2. Sift the flour, sugar and baking powder into a bowl.

3. Add butter cut into cubes and rub with your fingertips.

4. When it becomes bread crumbs, add chilled milk and mix, once everything is incorporated knead by hand.

5. Roll it with a pin and shape into a square with a thickness of about 3 cm, and cut into 4 pieces.

6. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 C for 25 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven, once the scones have cooled down cut them in half.

8. Place the bean paste and butter in (7) and you're done!
