[email protected]Thanks for watching!See you soon.xoxoJamieon behalf of Spice N' PansIngredientsServes 4Marinate for seafood-------------------600g crab meat20 pieces of medium prawns / shrimps1/3 teaspoon thyme leave1/3 teaspoon oregana1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon ginger powder1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/3 teaspoon rosemary1/2 teaspoon grounded black pepperGumbo base-------------------3.5 ounces of butter (use to create roux with all-purpose flour)1 cup of all-purpose flour2 yellow onions diced1 tablespoon of chilli powder2 teaspoons of garlic - chopped2 bay leaves1/2 tablespoon of sugar1 litre of seafood/prawn stock 1 cup of diced tomatoes1/2 cup of tomato paste/puree1 cup of white wine1/2 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce (recommended to increase this to 1.5 tablespoons if you can take the spiciness) 2 teaspoons of salt3.5 ounces of butter180ml of heavy cream2 teaspoons of grounded black pepperWhen serving this, add a heap of Jasmine white rice to the gumbo for that extra touch.
