*Ingredients*
Maida-700gm
Egg-2(at room temperature )
Instant yeast-2tsp
Sugar-5tbsp
Salt-2tsp
Butter(melted)-100gm
Milk(warm)-300ml

*For egg wash*
Egg-1
Milk-1tbsp

*Method : -*
First activate the yeast by adding sugar to the warm milk.
Stir and add the instant yeast and keep it aside for 5 - 10 minutes.
Add the activated yeast to a large bowl anf conbine with the flour, egg, butter, and salt.
Mix well until the dough is well soft and sticky.
Transfer it to a stand mixer and knead well, or knead with hand for about 15 minutes.
You can check the elasticity of the dough as shown in the video. If the its transparent, the dough is ready.
Now, make a log out of this dough and divide into equal parts and shape the dough into small rolls and placr them in the baking tray, cover it and let it rise for about 2 hrs in room temperature.
After 2 hrs, give a good egg wash.
Preheat the oven,
Bake at 190 -200 degree for about 15 -20 mts, it may vary depending on your oven.
After 20 minutes, when the Bun is golden in color you can take it out and apply some butter on it. Now your Yummy Home made Bun is ready to be served..
