[email protected]Thanks for watching!See you soon.xoxoJamieon behalf of Spice N' PansIngredients:Step 1: Marinate Chicken (marinate for at least 2hrs)1.3 - 1.5kg chicken 2 cups of superior grade dark soya sauce5 slices of young ginger 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce 2 tablespoons of Chinese rose wine 1 stalk of spring onionSome pepper to taste Step 2: Braising the Chicken2 sticks of cinnamon bark1 piece of star anise15g of rock sugar9 cloves of garlic (roughly crushed) 2 litre of water1 teaspoon of salt Step 3: Preparing the chicken to be cut & served Smear some sesame oil onto the skin of the chicken while you leave it to be cooled down before you cut it up. This will help to give the chicken a nice sheen. Happy cooking!
