4 SUPER BOWL FULLYRAW RAW VEGAN RECIPES YOU NEED TO TRY! Cauliflower buffalo wings, jalapeo poppers, raw vegan cream cheese, and chil con queso! Sending many hugs!

Chile con Queso

2 cups lemon juice
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup non-GMO nutritional yeast
1/2 cup water

Sea fire(?) or Himalayan salt if desired

Blend until creamy

Cilantro
Bell Pepper
Green onion
Other spices you enjoy

Raw vegan flax crackers

Stuffed Poblano Peppers

Poblano Peppers sliced in half with seeds removed, or leave them for spiciness

2-3 cups raw sunflower seeds
1.5 cups lemon juice
1-2 cups water
A bit of cilantro

Blend until creamy

Mix in:

1 whole head of spinach, chopped
1 cups mixed diced bell peppers
a whole bundle of fresh basil
extra cilantro
1 large tbsp cumin
other herbs if desired

Spoon into the poblano peppers

Cauliflower "wings"

1-2 large heads cauliflower

Blend:
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
1 cup sundried tomatoes (optional)
4-5 chopped carrots
1 tbsp tumeric
1 tsp chili pepper (or more if you want spicier)
1 tbsp dried cumin
1 large tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 small thumb of ginger
1 lemon, juiced
herb of choice - cilantro, basil, or rosemary

Mix sauce and cauliflower in mixing bowl until cauliflower is covered.

In a dehydrator leave in 7-8 hours around 104 F.

Cream "Cheese"

Blend:

1-2 cups raw sunflower seeds
1/2-1 cp raw cashews
1.5 cups fresh lemon juice
1.5 cups water
heaping tsp of raw himalayan pink salt or pink fire salt

Mix in a bowl with cheese:

1/2 - 1 cup chopped basil
some minced thyme or oregano (or herb of choice)
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 tsp cumin and paprika mixed together
