Summer Cold Miso Soup ★HIYA-JIRU★ easy no cook recipe! (EP215) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today, I want to share with you Cold miso soup.

The original recipe is a little bit involved, but I make it really easy.

If you use a can of tuna, instead of salted and dried fish, you don't even have to cook!

Let's make easy and delicious and of course nutritious summer recipe with me!

・4 servings
2 tbs white sesame seeds
2 tbs yellow miso ※miso of your choice
1 ts Dashi powder
1 salted dried house mackerel
or 1 small can of tuna (in soup)
1/2 cucumber
10g fresh ginger
1 Japanese ginger (optional)
5 Shiso leaves (optional)

rice or Somen noodles to serve
