Sukha Bhel | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Sukha bhel/ dry bhel is a lip smacking street food that has a burst of flavors from savory to tangy. 

SUKHA BHEL

Ingredients

2 cups puffed rice (murmura)
½ cup roasted chana
2-3 tablespoons salted peanuts
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
½ medium raw mango, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon black salt
1 tablespoon coriander-green chilli paste
Juice of ½ lemon
Masala chana for topping
Chopped fresh coriander leaves for topping
Sev for topping

Method

1. Mix together puffed rice, roasted chana, peanuts, onions, tomato, raw mango, salt, chaat masala, black salt, coriander-green chilli paste and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Transfer the prepared bhel in a paper cone, top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev. Toss.
3. Serve immediately.
