Suji ka Halwa Recipe in English

Ingredients for Sugar Syrup:

4 cups Water
1 cups Sugar
3-4 Green Cardamom
Ingredients for Halwa:

1 cup Desi Ghee
2 cups Semolina
Sugar Syrup
1/2 tsp Yellow Food Color

2 tbsp Desi Ghee
1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios
