May is already half done, while I was taking a break from Youtube for health reasons.
It feels like time has been flying faster nowadays.
One day, I check the fate and a week has passed.

Today, I made fresh carrot juice, guacamole toast and pork kimchi jjim.
Kimchi-jjim is my favorite of all Korean dishes.
Kimchi-jjigae, kimchi-jjim, kimchi-bokkeum they may seem similar, but not true.
