Slice of bread stuffed with moong and paneer mixture rolled and serve like a pinwheel.STUFFED PINWHEEL SANDWICH Ingredients8 brown bread slices 1 cup whole green gram (moong), boiled¾ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)¼ cup finely chopped cabbage1 teaspoon red chilli flakes½ teaspoon dried oreganoCrushed black peppercorns to taste½ teaspoon chaat masala Salt to taste Butter as required Green chutney as requiredMethod1. Mix together green gram, cottage cheese, cabbage, chilli flakes, oregano, crushed peppercorns, chaat masala and salt in a bowl. 2. Discard edges of bread slices and flatten using a rolling pin. Apply butter on the flattened slices and spread some green chutney on each. 3. Attach 2 slices together by keeping the edge of one slice slightly over the edge of another slice. Press well.4. Put a portion of the green gram mixture on one end and roll tightly. Apply some water on the edges and seal. 5. Take a piece of cling film, put the roll in it and wrap by rolling it tightly. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. 6. Remove the cling film and cut into thick slices. 7. Serve with tomato ketchup.
