Learn how to cook popular Indian stuffed flatbread mooli ka paratha with this super easy and simple recipe video. You can make these parathas/flatbreads in various ways with different types of stuffing like - potato, cauliflower, carrot, paneer, spinach etc. Also you can spice them up the way you want. For a healthier option I have used virgin olive oil to roast the parathas, but you can use ghee/butter/oil anything of your choice. Serve them hot with curd, pickle, butter or lassi (yogurt smoothie).

Ingredients

For dough - 1 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water as required
1 tsp oil

For stuffing - 1 medium - large radish/mooli (1 1/4 cup grated mooli)
3-4 chopped green chillies
1 tsp chopped ginger
1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste

For Roasting - ghee/butter/vegetable oil/olive oil
