Stuffed Masala Mirchi Fry Recipe | మిర్చి మసాలా ఫ్రై | Masala Green Chilli Fry Recipe in Telugu | Hyderabadi Ruchulu

Masala Mirchi is a delicious side dish, easy and a quick one to make. Goes well with some hot- Rice and Dal, Roti, Pulao or any Paratha as well. A spicy recipe with simple ingredients, tastes super
awesome.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 05 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes

Method of Preparation:
• Take 10 to 12 Green Chilies wash and slit them all.
• Deseed them if you wish to, as may be a bit spicy, not much.
• For stuffing take 2 Tbs Coriander seeds and dry roast it till aromatic.
• Add 2 Tbs Sesame seeds & roast them till they splutter.
• Put off the flame and keep them aside for a while to cool down.
• Then, grind them into a fine powder.
• Transfer the ground powder to a bowl, add 1 Tsp Salt or as needed.
• Mix them all and add some water to make it into a fine paste.
• Paste should be thick or tight.
• Stuff the paste into the slit Green Chilies and place them all on a plate.
• Heat 2 Tbs Oil in a Pan, Place a few stuffed Mirchi’s and fry.
• Fry them on low flame, slit or stuffed portion should be on top.
• After a while flip turn them and fry them on the other side as well.
• Fry them in batches, fry until brown.
• Serve hot with Dal-Rice, Masala Mirchi tasty and Spicy are ready.
