Stuffed Hotdog In Gujarati | Snacky Ideas by Amisha Doshi | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This pure vegetarian hot dog buns are filled with veggies and cheese. Baked till the cheese is melted and gooey!

STUFFED HOTDOG

Ingredients

4 hotdog buns
1 tablespoon oil
1 green chilli, chopped
3-4 babycorn, finely chopped
¼ cup boiled corn kernels, crushed
½ cup boiled green peas, mashed
¼ cup grated cottage cheese
¾ cup boiled red kidney beans
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons grated processed cheese
3-4 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon green chutney
Grated mozzarella cheese for spreading
Tomato ketchup for drizzling

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chilli and sauté for 30 seconds. Add babycorn, corn kernels, green peas, cottage cheese and kidney beans, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add crushed peppercorns, garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt, mix and cook for 1 minute. Mash the mixture.
4. Add processed cheese and coriander leaves and mix well.
5. Remove the center portion of each bun to make a cavity and place them on a baking tray.
6. Mix together mayonnaise and green chutney in a bowl.
7. Spread some chutney-mayo mixture inside the cavity of each bun and fill it with some vegetable mixture. Spread some mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.
9. Drizzle some tomato ketchup on top and serve hot.
