Stuffed Chinese Cabbage Rolls
Servings: 12 rolls

INGREDIENTS
6 Chinese cabbage leaves
2 pinches salt

A
100g ground pork
1/4 bunch Chinese chives (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon potato starch
1 teaspoon soy sauce

B
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chili oil
1 teaspoon grated garlic
Some white sesame seeds

PREPARATION
1. Separate the core from Chinese cabbage leaves. Wrap the leaves with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.

2. Chop the core (1). Put some salt and rest for 5 minutes. Drain the water and mix with all A ingredients in a bowl.

3. Place a Chinese cabbage leaf (1), put the filling (2) in the center and roll. Place rolls onto a heat-proof plate and microwave for 4 minutes and half at 600W.

4. Mix all B ingredients to serve with rolls.

5. Enjoy!
