Salt½ tsp. Turmeric Powder½ cup Rice Flour½ cup SemolinaOil for fryingFor the filling:-300 gms. Tiny Prawns2 large Onions, chopped2 Green Chillies, crushed1 tbsp. Garlic crushed½ tsp. Turmeric Powder1 tsp. Chilli Powder1 tbsp. Lemon Juice4 tbsp. Coriander Leaves2 tbsp. OilSalt, as required Method:-- In a wok heat oil and add onions and stir fry on high flame.- Now add crushed garlic and green chilies to it. Cook until the raw smell goes away.- Then add the prawns, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
