Stuffed Besan chilla potli can be a very good evening snacks recipe to be served for parties. Its a very easy recipe.

Ingredients:
To make Besan chilla:
1 cup Gram flour/ besan
1/2 tsp carom seed
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric powder (optional)
2 tbsp plain curd
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
To make Paneer stuffing:
100 grams homemade crumbled paneer/ chena
1 small finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
7-8 pieces of finely chopped French beans
1/2 medium sized finely chopped carrot
1/4 tsp cumin seed
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Red chilly powder
