The sweet and simple snack,is easily available ingredients,ripe banana ,scrapped coconut, sugar, raisins and ghee.STUFFED BANANAIngredients4 elaichi bananas1 cup fresh scraped coconut½ cup grated jaggerySalt to taste1 tablespoon raisins + for garnishing6-8 cashewnuts + for garnishing½ teaspoon green cardamom powder1 teaspoon butterCastor sugar as required Honey for drizzlingMethod1. Dry-roast coconut in a non-stick pan till golden. Add jaggery, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.2. Add salt, raisins, broken cashewnuts and cardamom powder and mix well. Transfer in a bowl.3. Peel the bananas. Slit each banana without cutting through to make a cavity. Stuff them with some prepared coconut-jaggery mixture.4. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add some castor sugar and swirl the pan. Place the stuffed bananas and cook till it caramelizes from all sides. 5. Drizzle some honey on top and serve immediately garnished with raisins and broken cashewnuts.
