In a bowl add gram flour, salt, carom seeds, turmeric powder, baking powder, water and mix it well. Keep the consistency thick.2. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe out small portions of the batter into preheated oil in a pot. Deep fry until golden brown in color.3. Transfer the prepared phulki to water and soak them for 30 mins. Now squeeze out the water and set them aside for later use.Directions for Mint Yogurt Preparation:4. In a jar add green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, and salt and blend it well into a smooth paste. Your green chutney is ready. Set aside.5. In a bowl add NESTL MILKPAK yogurt and 1 tbsp of green chutney. Mix it well. Your Mint Yogurt is ready.Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:6. In a preheated pan add tamarind pulp, sugar, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, black salt, salt and mix and cook for 2-3 mins.7. Now add water and cook until thick in consistency.
