If you are craving for something crispy and crunchy, then make this
Masala vadai or Chana dal vada for a perfect evening time snacks.
It is made with Chana dal, spices, onions and fresh herbs. Serve this
Masala vadai with tea/coffee or with coconut chutney. It can also be served as a side dish with Sambar rice and Curd rice.

I often eat this in my Mom's place where a lady used to prepare and sell
coming to all streets of my town shouting 'Vadai vadai'. But now I miss
those crispy vadas in Bangalore so, got this recipe from that lady and
started making whenever I crave to eat and this is such a easy recipe..

Note : To get crispy vada only one trick, Grind the chana dal to a coarse paste without adding water.
