I have a special weakness for anything similar to this as I grew up eating & enjoying Kolkata rolls or roti wraps all around town. If you want to learn more recipes for rolls do not hesitate to write in the comment box.*** Ingredients ***100 grams of paneer cut into cubesAtta dough for 2 Rotis 1 red chilli 1 tsp whole coriander seeds tsp fennel seeds tsp fenugreek seeds tsp black sesame seeds1 onion chopped & 1 onion thinly sliced 1 tsp garlic paste1 teaspoon ginger paste cup chopped bell peppers1 green chilli chopped Chopped coriander leavesTomato sauceLime juice tsp chaat masala Salt to taste*** Method ***Step 1: Heat a pan and add red chilli, whole coriander seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds and sesame seeds roast for a minute and allow the spices to release the aroma.Step 2: Grind the roasted spices in a mixer grinder.Step 3: Take 2 tablespoons of olive pomace oil in a pan.Step 4: Add chopped onions when the oil is hot.Step 5: Add garlic and ginger paste & mix well.Step 6: Add salt to taste.Step 7: Add chopped bell peppers & mix well.Step 8: Add the paneer cubes followed by ground spice mix.Step 9: Add green chilli chopped & chopped coriander leaves.Step 10: Make balls from the atta dough and roll out the rotis.Step 11: Roast both sides of the rotis on hot tawa adding little oil. Step 12: Place the rotis on butter paper.
