This week we check out not a food truck, but a food boat! The St. Andrew's Marina in Panama City is home to local chef Ernie's Hall's food boat. I just so happen to hit it up on National Grilled Cheese day. I don't know why that's even a thing, but whatever. Grilled Cheese!
