Street Food, Epi 6.4 China - Silk Road, Baby! (Pomegranate Juice 石榴汁 & Hui Hua Gao 回花糕) | Christian Has Ideas

It's been a fun month on Hui Min Jie (回民街)! In our final installment from the Muslim Quarter my inlays come to town and we treat them to two snacks on the strip: Pomegranate Juice and a glutinous rice cake called Hui Hua Gao. We also check out the Bell Tower and the Drum Tower together. The Bell Tower has a pretty cool silk road history museum, which I personally found interesting. I hope you do as well!
