It's been a fun month on Hui Min Jie (回民街)! In our final installment from the Muslim Quarter my inlays come to town and we treat them to two snacks on the strip: Pomegranate Juice and a glutinous rice cake called Hui Hua Gao. We also check out the Bell Tower and the Drum Tower together. The Bell Tower has a pretty cool silk road history museum, which I personally found interesting.
