Street Food, Epi 6.3 China - Hong Hong (Pickled Veg Fried Rice 酸菜炒米) | Christian Has Ideas

This week my friend Edmund takes us to one of the more famous stalls on Hui Min Jie. It's got a longer name, but we just call it Hong Hong 红红. They're famous for being a pay-by-the-skewer barbecue joint, but they also have some pretty incredible fried rice. Edmund and I briefly discuss the state of Chinese reality TV as we dine. Good times continue to roll in the Muslim Quarter!
