Kara Boondi is a delicious indian spicy snack. Very easy to make.

Measurements:

Besan (coarse flour) - 4 cups
Water - as needed
Peanut Oil or Ghee ( Clarified Butter ) - 2 Litres
Peanuts - 1 Cup
Curry Leaves - 1 Bunch
Garlic Chili Powder - As per your spice level
Salt - As per your taste

Description :

1. Mix Besan + Water + 1 Scoop of warm oil to the pouring consistency as shown in the video.

2. Heat oil to a high temperature such that Boondi floats immediately to the top as shown in the video. Using the Boondi Jhara, make Boondi's as shown in the video.

3. Once turned crispy, Take boondi out of oil.

4. Mix Boondi + Salt + Garlic Chili Powder + Fried Peanuts and Curry Leaves as per your spices buds.
