Strawberry & Mascarpone Ice Cream:
250ml Whole Milk
200g Caster Sugar
4 Egg Yolks
250g Mascarpone
100g Strawberries

Strawberry Goo:
200g Strawberries
50g Caster Sugar

Pie Crumb:
110g plain flour
20g caster sugar
Pinch of salt
60g butter, melted
1 tsp cold water
