This beautiful pink coloured lassi is prepared with fresh strawberries and rose petals. Not just unique, it's a treat to the taste buds!

STRAWBERRY ROSE LASSI

Ingredients

18-20 strawberries, washed
2 fresh roses
½ cup honey
3 cups thick yogurt
Strawberry syrup as required
Dried rose petals for garnish
Blanched and slivered pistachios for garnish
Strawberry slices for garnish

Method

1. Remove the stems of strawberries ad transfer in a blender jar. Add rose petals, honey, thick yogurt and blend well.
2. Drizzle strawberry syrup in individual glasses and pour the prepared lassi.
3. Sprinkle dried rose petals and pistachios on top.
4. Garnish with strawberry slices and serve chilled.
